Step 1: As hay enters the forming chambers via the pickup mechanism, rotating belts immediately engage to form it into a tight, dense core, ensuring efficient initial shaping and minimal material loss.
Step 2: Fresh incoming hay is directed between the growing bale and the lower gate roll, where it gets compressed into smooth, dense layers upon integration, promoting uniform bale structure and strength.
Step 3: As the bale expands in size, the idler arm gradually rises, displacing oil from the hydraulic cylinder via a pressure-relief valve, which sustains consistent density across the entire forming process.
